SALARY:         £28,000 - £32,000

We are going through a period of rapid growth and are on the lookout for a new Handyman to join the team. The right candidate will be dedicated and take pride in their work to ensure we keep our much-valued clients happy. 

 

It is important than you have experience working in a similar role as you will be expected to undertake multiple tasks autonomously. We ask that you are committed to ensuring the company’s reputation is upheld.

We are open to hiring someone on a full-time or part-time basis and are happy to discuss the pattern of work with the right candidate. If you have your own tools and vehicle this would be a huge plus. 

 

Duties and responsibilities

• Fitting shelves, hanging pictures and installing window locks

• Fixing minor plumbing repairs such as leaking taps/replacing taps and unblocking 

• Complete minor carpentry tasks 

• Installing household appliances and smoke/carbon monoxide alarms, sinks/drains

• Deal with minor electrical repairs and fixings

• Undertake basic gardening 

 

Must haves

• 3-5 years’ experience as a handyman or in a similar role 

• Experience across a variety of different trades 

• Excellent time management and organisational skills 

• Professional and efficient attitude towards work 

• Strong communication skills with clients and other colleagues 

• Motivation and the drive to succeed
